How to use the helpdesk system

Before you place a ticket to the helpdesk staff try to search for your solution in the knowledge base. As for now September 2011 the system is in an early phase but we will continue to update the knowledge base so it will grow bigger and be more complete as time goes by. It's also possible for the users to participate in the building of this base. If you have any suggestions feel free to tell us by placing a ticket here.
